How to Create or Edit Lunch Groups

This guide explains how to add and edit lunch groups in the school portal.

Student assignment is not covered in this guide. Please refer to the guide “How to Assign or Edit Student Assignments to Lunch Groups.”

Select the School
Click on the name of the school.

Access “Lunch Groups”
Click “Lunch Groups” to create or edit lunch groups.
Student assignment to groups is not done in this tab.

View the List of Lunch Groups
Here, you can see the list of all your lunch groups.

Add a New Lunch Group
Click “Add a Lunch Group” to begin creating a new group.

Enter Lunch Group Information
Enter a name for the lunch group.

Enter Lunch Group Information
Select the corresponding lunch wave from the dropdown menu.

Enter Lunch Group Information
Select the associated pavilion from the dropdown list.
This step is very important for schools with multiple pavilions, as each lunch group must be linked to a specific pavilion.

Enter the Delivery Location (Optional)
Enter the delivery location if needed.

Finalize the Group Creation
Click “Create Lunch Group” to complete the creation process.

Return to the List of Groups
The system will confirm the group’s creation. Click “Lunch Groups” to return to the list.

Edit a Lunch Group
To edit a lunch group’s information, click on its name.

Edit Information
You can modify the necessary details.

Save Changes
Click “Save” to save the changes made to the lunch group.
